About the Role

Responsible for safe operation of oil & gas processing facilities including separators, compressors, dehydration units and export systems. Works in a shift rotation model on client sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate plant equipment within safe operating limits
• Execute start-up and shutdown of process equipment
• Respond to alarms and abnormal process conditions
• Issue/receive Permits to Work (PTW)
• Maintain shift logs and handover documentation
• Coordinate with maintenance for corrective and preventive jobs
• Enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical or Process Engineering (or Diploma with 5+ yrs)
• 3–10 years in oil & gas / refinery / petrochemical plant operations
• Valid HUET/BOSIET certification for offshore roles preferred
• Strong knowledge of process safety and PTW systems
